In court filings, prosecutors say Ms. Holmes will take the stand and testify that she collected large amounts of data on her life (including her performance as a board member of an e-commerce company) in a bid to develop her health-monitoring glasses.
Meantime, investors are pushing the claims that she inflated revenue. Holmes was subpoenaed by the Justice Department during the SEC’s own investigation. The department has said it is “aware of evidence which suggests” she committed fraud and may be charged.
