Watch Tiger Woods’ rough first morning at Ryder Cup

Tiger Woods is not under serious physical condition, but it was a little rough while he was still early in the morning Tuesday, according to a media member at the Ryder Cup at Le Golf National in Paris.

Woods posted his first video, which appeared to be in the middle of the morning, of him hitting a few balls — some of them underhand — and standing about in the middle of his swing. It’s the same type of footage as he released Friday, showing Woods hitting a golf ball off the course for the first time since the accident in November, but it was a little rough with all the light and at the beginning.

But it’s a start — a short one at that. I’m told Woods put on his practice hat for the camera and saw the opportunities, and then ran his ball around trying to make it curl. #EUROPE #TeamEurope — Brent Everett (@BrentSNS) September 26, 2018

He put on his practice hat for the camera and saw the opportunities, and then ran his ball around trying to make it curl.

The Associated Press’: The Associated Press’ David Brandt wrote Friday, “Woods can practice his batting off a tee. He can play a few balls on a short practice range. And now, he can even upload videos like this to YouTube.”

But neither Woods nor his team have announced anything about a tournament return, such as playing the Presidents Cup or the Tour Championship. Ryder Cup captain Thomas Bjorn said Friday he had “no plans” for Woods. Woods and Bjorn have been teasing each other on Twitter.
